Bowdoin College Museum of Art: Antiquity & America
Design and development for the online publication accompanying the exhibition Antiquity & America at the Bowdoin College Museum of Art. Using Bowdoin’s extensive antiquities collection as a starting point, essays on the website examine diverse topics around the history of collecting in early America, weaving together new research on the collectors themselves, the role of antiquity in early American history, and Americans’ enduring fascination with the ancient world.
