A collection of novelty plaques and containers went sadly unclaimed after the liquidation of an estate in Blue Ash, Ohio. The description on Everything But The House, the website that held the auction, reads as follows:
A collection of vintage decor items. This collection includes eight items, all expressing humorous sentiments, often accompanied with animal photography. Featured items include one black and white image of a lounging kangaroo on a wood plaque, with the text “Where’s my beer?” beneath it; one image of an exasperated ape with the text “Don’t bother me I’m having a crisis” mounted to a square piece of wood with an upper metal loop for hanging; one image of a lion resting on a branch with the text “Hang in there!,” presented on a beveled frame with an upper metal loop for hanging.
